HSL-46, "The Grandmasters", is a helicopter squadron of the United States Navy. It was stood up in April 1988 and has in continuous operation to the present. It is based out of Naval Station Mayport, Florida.

HSL-46 was formed April 7, 1988, at Naval Station Mayport, Mayport, Florida. HSL-46 is attached to | Commander, Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing Atlantic and deploys aboard cruisers, destroyers and frigates attached to Navy Strike Groups. The unit does not operate as a single squadron, rather it deploys detachments of men and helicopters to the various ships of the Atlantic fleet.
