[edit]Vineet Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary. He has an experience of 16 years and is currently a Partner in KPMG. He has earlier worked with Arthur Andersen, EY and ACC.
Vineet specializes in areas of global mobility of employees and taxation for inbound and outbound employees. He has experience in issues relating to exchange control laws, immigration, double tax avoidance agreements, equity incentives (stock options), social security and retiral plans. He has worked with large Indian corporates on tax effective compensation structuring and payroll outsourcing. He has worked with many Indian and global companies across varied sectors like ITES, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Defence, NGO’s, Oil & Gas, etc.

[edit]Vineet (born in 1975) is the son of M C Agarwal and Sarita Agarwal. His father is an engineer from BHU and had an illustrious career. His mother is a home maker. He has two siblings and both are working in reputed companies. He is married and has a son. His wife is a chartered accountant and working with a reputed MNC.
