Kok Hoe Tat born in the year 1983, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
He the youngest son of his father Kok Chee Loo and mother Fong Keat Peng. He got three sister Kok Su Wai, Kok Su Teng and Kok Su Lim. In year 2006, he received his first honor degree in Information System Engineering. After graduated, he went into Genting Information Knowledge Enterprise(GIKE) for his first job as a application developer. A year later, he left GIKE and founded his own company Flexible Software Enterprise to find his first gold.
