Hi, I am Humulone, I am a student studying at the university of Sydney, I am completing a Bachelor of Science Majoring in Physiology and anatomy,

I have a keen passion for all things brewing and fermentation related and am keen on expanding information related to this on wikipedia!

Fun Fact: Humulone is one of the primary alpha acids present in hops and is responsible for their bittering properties, most notably when used in the brewing process for beer.
