Huu Tran He has worked as a freelance photographer and director for over 5 years.

He moved to Australia in 1990 and currently living with his family in Melbourne. He has studied Media Arts/Drama at Deakin University and Education at Melbourne University and Victoria University.

Huu has written and directed five multimedia performance arts projects with Australian Vietnamese Youth Media, Footscray Community Arts Centre, Melbourne Workers Theatre and Vietnamese Community in Victoria.

He’s spent most of his early career working as community and youth worker before moving into photography and directing.

His quirky and irreverent style of directing which he is currently shooting his new photographic exhibition and a feature film.
