Baird, Williams & Greer, L.L.P. is a law firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. The firm's lawyers are admitted to practice in four states, Arizona, New York, New Mexico, Alabama, as well as the District of Columbia, and numerous federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Areas of attorney expertise include commercial litigation and transactions, products liability, personal injuries, construction law, aviation law, employment law, entertainment, bankruptcy and real estate.

J. Ernest Baird is Managing Partner of Baird Williams & Greer, LLP. Mr. Baird served in the Arizona House of Representatives for six years (1991-1997). During that period, he served as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee (1993-1994), and was elected majority leader for his last term (1995-1997). Ernie Baird received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1968, and his J.D. degree from Duke Law School in 1971. Mr. Baird served as a member of the editorial board, Duke Law Journal from 1970-1971. His past practice includes Sherman and Sterling in New York City, New York from 1971-1972. From 1972-1976, Mr. Baird served as a Captain, JAGC, U.S. Air Force (1972-1976) and was stationed in England from 1973-1976. He specializes in real estate and business transactions, business entities and corporate governance. [1].

Daryl Williams is an AV-rated trial lawyer. Mr. Williams has conducted more than one hundred jury trials involving commercial litigation matters since beginning his practice in 1976. Mr. Williams represents both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving business contracts, construction, condemnation, lender liability, bad faith, unfair trade practices, computer piracy, trade secrets, aviation, trademark and patent infringement, real estate, commercial fraud, civil racketeering, and securities. His longest trial was a securities fraud case tried to a jury for ten months involving $577 million. [2].

Robert Greeris certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in wrongful death and personal injury litigation and has been since 1988. He is a founding partner of Baird Williams & Greer, LLP. Before that, he was a partner for nine years with a national law firm specializing in aviation litigation. Earlier in his career, he worked for a major property and casualty insurer as litigation counsel and managing attorney. He was named as one of the top 500 trial lawyers in the United States by Lawdragon.com and a Southwest Super Lawyer from 2007 through 2012. [3].
