IP User 74.99.146.113 is not a proper editor and should be blocked.

I know this because, well, I admit to vandalizing a page. I intended on correcting it in the future (because I am not a vandal). But I did it to trap him. I succeeded.

I have been seeing his edits pop up the last few months. But I kept seeing a repetitive theme in his edits. I would estimate that a third of his edits are removing two names from Wikipedia. A little research showed that this is actually the same person, but in show business you often see one person with multiple names.

Here's what I did.

I went to a page that 74.99.146.113 has edited before. I added this person's name that he is always removing. Of course, anyone could have removed a false name, which means that wouldn't have been enough to catch him. So, I added 5 more names. All bogus for the entry. A total of six bogus names in one section of one page (album personnel).

Did 74.99.146.113 edit the page?
Yes.
But did he edit all of the bogus names?
NO! All he did was remove the one name that he constantly removes. Even after coming back to the page to edit it again, he removed only the one name, not all of them.

This is a problem. Whatever his personal vendetta is with this person, it needs to be stopped. If Wikipedia wants to be a source for information, then it needs to put an end to this sort of thing. Uncontrolled personal attacks and other childish behaviors have ended the reign of many websites. While I admit to vandalizing a page, you cannot deny that my outcome proved my point. User 74.99.146.113 needs banned.
