Hi — I set up the Impact1460 account to update and improve articles related to ImpactMatters by collaborating with and deferring to the judgment of impartial editors. I have carefully reviewed Wikipedia’s guidelines on managing conflicts of interest (WP:COI) and would like to disclose that I have an employment relationship with ImpactMatters. I do not intend to directly edit or create articles related to ImpactMatters myself, but only to propose edits for impartial editors to consider on the Talk pages of articles related to ImpactMatters. I will try hard to ensure all proposed edits are neutral, non-promotional and supported by independent sources, and that any other actions I take through this account are consistent with the broader spirit of Wikipedia.

In addition, I have closely reviewed Wikipedia’s guidelines on notability (WP:N and WP:ORG) and believe ImpactMatters is suitable for an article, though I understand this will be up to the peer review process to determine.
