I am a middle-aged man who has lived most of my life in New Orleans, Louisiana with a fairly long work sojourn in the Midwest of the United States.

I make infrequent Wikipedia edits that are probably at least half small editorial corrections for obviously wrong grammar, spelling, or word choice, but I do make factual changes as well. The longest edit I've made is a whole sentence; typically it's just a word or two.

My chief interests (and hence edits) include rail transportation and its history, especially rapid transit systems, and cities.
