I chose to improve the Wikipedia article "History of the Jews in Metro Detroit" because this article is not descriptive at all. For example, by editing this article I will further add details to the subtopics of institution, education, religion,media, and notable people because the author of this article mentions these topics but then does not explain them. I will also add to the subtopic history because the article stops at the year 1988 and there is a lot more to be said about the Jews in Detroit after this time. After reading the introduction and conclusion of the book, Metropolitan Jews, by Lila Corwin Berman, I found that there is a lot more to be said about the Metropolitan Jews in Detroit than what this article discusses.
