the Founder of the "StreetDreamz Music" and "Miss Face of Windhoek" a charity organisation that deals with helping the less vulnerable in Windhoek and nearby towns.
Born in Lusaka, Zambia "J-Bentley" was raised in the Notorious Streets of 'Vambo Lokasie'.
He was introduced to music at young age being Part of the Namibia's liberation movement 'Swapo Party kids pioneer' in the war torn Angola.
In 1989 he was re-united with his family back in Namibia.
Early 1993 After the release of the movie ''Blood in Blood out'' he help Formed a gang called the ''Vatos Lokos'' also known as the ''Lahondas''.
The gang had a main Rival the ''NMB'' which served as the child Gang to Namibia's most Notorious the ''Red eyed Gang''.
He is currently working on his first feature film titeled "Vambo Lokasie"
In 1997 after the launch of the ''School of Excellence Football Academy'' He focused his life on playing football and improving his footballing skills.
Early 2000 while still in high school he recorded a song with his friends using his grandma's tape cassette recorder, using an instrument owned by Puff daddy an American Hiphop Artist.
He was expelled from school after he and a few class mates were caught on school premises with liguor. A secret he kept from his family and a terrible move that threatened his final year exams and his matric farewell Party.
He played football for his school team and for various local football Clubs.
In 2002 he was selected for the khomas regional team for the 2001-2002 Namibian Newspaper Cup.
He's football skills earned him the nickname ''Luis Figo" by his Team mates.
2005 he saved his team from Relegation by scoring his last Goal for "St. Andrews FC (Norwich, England)
a goal that earned him the nickname ''Okocha'' a former nigerian multi-skilled football playmaker.
His music career started late 2005 in Norwich, England were he formed a group consisting of 5 members from Namibia.
A year later he recorded his first solo track at the Norwich Nr5 Community studio before going solo upon retuning to Namibia in 2006.
He droped his first album only in November 2011 after his first Album recordings were lost due to a Computer crash in 2007.
In 2011 he released a 16 track album titled 'Vambo Lokasie'.
The album Vambo Lokasie opened our eyes on his past life as a Refugee in Angola and the struggles he went through out his life in the streets of" Vambo Lokasie".
2012 he took a break from music to finish his studies.
He has now finished working on his Second album which was released last month on the 27th of November.
The Album "NOT-GUILTY" which many regard as his best work...
is made up of 9 explosive tracks and is a definition of who he has becomed.
