About me
Born in Côte-d'Ivoire, I grew up in many parts of the world and now live in Brussels since 2009. I was raised in a family with many teachers and professors, so knowledge creation and distribution has always been an anchor. I myself have been giving lectures to students at the University School of Management in Angers (France) since 2013. I have Masters' in Business and HR management and a degree in Communication & Marketing. Before joining WMF I spent 12 years in various HR roles in diverse sectors.
My work
I've been working for the Wikimedia Foundation in the Talent & Culture department since November 2021. I support staff and leaders across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures in the areas of Learning & Development, organizational development, employee engagement, reward, performance and talent management.
