My full name is Jose Antonio Nunes Ferreira Nobre. I was born in 1958 in Oporto, Portugal. I am an architect graduated from the Oporto University (1981). I work as territorial/urban planner in the northern municipality of Mondim de Basto since 1984. From december 1993 to august 1998 I served in the urban planning department of the Macau, the former portuguese adminitrative territory, today's Special Administrative Region of China. After a first period of seven years working, I went to Valenciennes and succeed in finnishing a post-graduation from the local university (from 1991, october to 1992, march). Named Concepcion, Construction et Gestion de l'Environment Bâti I had teachers from four different universities - Liége, Naples, Oporto and Valenciennes - and colleagues from three different natinalities: French, Italien and Portugues.
