Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
For the actual content of the article, I have no notes, as I do not really understand the topic that you have written about. But it looks good, professional, properly referenced.
For the formatting, there is one section at the end, your references, that the title should be formatted as a heading, not a sub-heading as you currently have it. Also there are a couple times where you link to another article when you don't need to. You only need to do it the first time that it shows up in the article.
