I check new pages creations ALOT. I spend lots of time going through many of the newly created articles and pick out all the vandalism, hoaxes, copyright infringements, advertising, personal attacks and anything else against the rules and regulations of Wikipedia. I will mark articles for speedy deletion where appropriate.
I will also tag any article where appropriate and add categories.
