Captain Javed Kaisar a retired Defense person who had served more than a decade in Bangladesh Army in the field of Telecommunication during war and peace time. After the voluntary self-retirement, he got himself involved in the similar arena; this time in Civil Sector. Since the Telecommunication has been the effectual sphere for him, he just didn't want to change his track. And, precisely, it earns immense pleasure for him with reference to the "Job Satisfaction" theory.

Well, from the Tactical (Focal Point) communication affair, his arena had been shifted into Technical (Focal Point) communication matter. At present, as Senior Manager, Human Resources & Regulatory Affairs of BRACNet Limited (A BRAC-Japan-USA joint venture), the premier nationwide Internet Service Provider of Bangladesh, he is trying the best to serve the motherland with the ultimate goal of escalating Internet penetration rate at the grassroots level.

Deeming himself as “Empty Glass”, he always love to read regardless of the subject matter. Driven by the inquisitiveness, he constantly feel the thirst for knowledge, the same as Religion of Peace (Islam) advocated through the very first word of the last divine revelation (The Holy Quran).. “Read!
