The Searchlight, also known as the Sunday Searchlight, is a newspaper based in Patna, India. It's a daily newspaper that originated in the year 1918. [1] This newspaper was published by Patna : Behar Journals up until the year of 1986. Its frequency in publications varied in the first few years of publication. From its inception in 1918 to the year 1920, the magazines frequency was only semiweekly. From the years 1920 to 1936, its frequency went up to 3 times a week. [2]
