I am a French exchange student, in UBC Vancouver for two terms. I was born in Grenoble, a city very close to the Alps. I'm fond of outdoor activities, exploring the mountains, whatever the season, whatever the weather. I study Political Sciences in Lyon. I am also very interested in Geography and Urban Studies. For these reasons, I chose UBC Vancouver as an exchange destination.

HIST 396 allows me to learn more about the history of North America, in a new perspective: It's the first time I hear about an "environmental" history.

I will work on the Alpine Club of Canada wikipedia article, with three classmates.
