[edit]A Jeevan (full name: Jeevan Kumar Shrestha) is a public health microbiologist and an agricultural biotechnologist. He completed masters degree in public health microbiology from Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal. During his study, he isolated bacteria capable of degrading polyethylene.
Later, he found plants are more interesting and devoted his knowledge in plant science. Then, he completed masters degree in agriculture from National Chung Hsing University in Taichung, Taiwan. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan.
He is deeply interested in Nepali literature (poems and gajals) and managing his own blog merogajala.
