I've taught at masters level on leadership and creative entrepreneurship, at Kings College London and Cass Business School, and at PhD level for UCL. I am a Fellow of the RSA and was founding chair of the RSA's working group on digital engagement. My book on the impact of social media at work, Monkeys with Typewriters, was published in Autumn 2009.
