All content found within this article is relevant to its title and the main topic- intuitive eating. The links all work. There is nothing that distracted me. However, the page, while a good start and foundation, is very empty. The information is mainly bullet points and there are no pictures. I'd like to expand this article to look more full and polished. No information is out of date (all studies present in the content of this article were studies conducted around the year 2022, so studies and research is current and up-to-date). There are citations after every paragraph and sources are reliable. Links to sources in footnote section of page are all easily accessible. I'd like to add: more historical context to intuitive eating, more research (perhaps some direct quotes from registered dietitians and their take on this diet), the benefits of intuitive eating (especially that regarding mental health and one's relationship with food), the dietary benefits, perhaps some drawbacks to the diet (as I only see beneficial aspects of the diet on this article; to keep it neutral I think it's also important to include some of the bad/negative parts of this diet). There are no equitable gaps present that I am observing currently. The article doesn't misrepresent historically marginalized peoples and/or groups. Overall, the article has a solid foundation- what I'd like to improve is providing more detailed information about intuitive eating and adding pictures.
