Fewer cars in use in twenty years that today.
In one word, I agree with this point. First, most of cars use fossil fuel, vehicle emissions are one of the main sources of air pollution. With the pressure of environment damaged increasing in twenty years, countries in worldwide would all put the utmost endeavor to develop public transport tools and to decrease cars in use. For example, in Denmark, government constructs many bicycle roads to encourage people riding bicycles, thus reducing the use of cars. The highly developed public transport nets will help people to enjoy metro, bicycle and walking to where they want to go more efficiently, and maintain an fresh and good living ecosystem to benefit everyone. Second, nowadays people have already faced fast paces and people have valued health more and more, thus we could expect in twenty years, with the higher progress of society and better life quality, the working class would endure tighter time schedule and they would value their health status even much more. With excellent urban public transport design, dairy commuting by metro and bicycle or walking could both improve efficient and does physical exercise at the same time. That will promote people's life efficient and keep them healthier. Moreover, fewer cars would reduce the needs of parking area, and could save both precious space in city and government investment, thus government could have more budget to invest in public's education, medical care and science research. Because education would protect young generation’s growing up. Medical care would guarantee public’s life quality. And needless to say, science research would ensure the sustainable power to promote technical and economic development.
So, fewer cars in use in twenty years could be expected, and would benefit people, government and all countries, I’m positive in this view. And I also hope we would work together for this goal for our common purpose.
