SUDAN NOW is a campaign led by a group of anti-genocide and human rights advocacy organizations committed to bringing meaningful and lasting peace to Sudan and encouraging strong American leadership and action to achieve this goal.
History
[edit]Sudan Now was co-founded by Humanity United, the Enough Project, Stop Genocide Now, i-ACT, Investors Against Genocide, the Save Darfur Coalition, Genocide Intervention Network and the American Jewish World Service on August 25, 2009.[1]
Mission
[edit]Sudan Now is dedicated to ending genocide in Darfur and decades of conflict across Sudan through measures that promote peace and stability, while holding accountable those who continue to attack civilians, undermine peace and obstruct justice.
