In diablo there was a rumor going around that there was a cow level. Blizzard had started this rumor as an April fools joke. They later explained that there was not one by making a cheat code in the game StarCraft. The code was titled " there is no cow level ". The cheat would allow you to advance to the next level in the game. In diablo 2 as a joke Blizzard made a secret cow level. In order to get to this secret cow level you would have to beat the game first. Then get a wirts leg and a Tome of Town portal fuse them in the Horadric Cube and the portal will appear.
