Jim Grantham is a retired former investment banker who has been (1) an executive director of UBS in London, (2) Managing Director of prospectus research firm Prospectusanalysis.com Ltd in Guernsey and(3) MD of convertible bond prospectus risk audit firm Conv.biz Ltd of Malta. The website www.conv.biz, a convertible bond portal, survives. Jim Grantham was voted No 1 nine times in convertible bonds, including all-sector No 1 analyst in Europe in the 1996 Fidelity Europe survey. He is currently President of Buffalo-based DigitalDispense USA LLC, Chairman of INNOVATIUN Limited (sic) in the UK and Chairman of DigitalDispense Limited (also UK based). He has had 2 charity art exhibitions in Malta and some of his pen-and-watercolour works are on www.charityart.webs.com. He has given art talks for U3A. He has privately written 2 books, "Glimpsed" on celebrity encounters, and "Childhood Memories of India" which Joanna Lumley said was "wonderful". He lives in Canterbury with his Swedish wife.
