--==Joseph Dunne is a researcher and performance maker==
Joseph Dunne is a PhD candidate in drama by weekends and works as a library assistant by day. He lives in South London with his fiance Hannah.
The (working) title of his PhD is Regenerating the Live: The Archive as an Initiator of Performance Practice. He enjoys long walks in ruins and derelict spaces, trying to collect hidden memories and secret histories, so much so he is currently planning to stage a performance in London's most famous building site: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Entitled Voices From the Village the performance will be an audio walk of the the E20 Village, Westfield Shopping Centre and Hackney Wick. Joseph's practice is underpinned by his theories pertaining to the archive's potential to store past live moments. Here, the archive becomes one part of an ongoing performance process that does not end 'in time', but continues to manifest itself 'over time' in its documentation.
