Freedom Of Work act 1995 FOWA

It is illegal for a Teacher to unfairly mark a student’s coursework, due to biased opinions or bad relationship between the student and the teacher. 

If a bad work relationship exists between the two people, a separate lecturer needs to be invited in to allow for a non-biased view so a fair mark can be achieved.

Further more, if the teacher has developed a bad hair cut, it is unfair to take out his rage on his students.
