Hi my name is John Robinson dob 03-03-81, and I am an author of three book (Jojo's Amazing Adventure, A Patient in Time and Fighting Madness). With another one on the way. These books recollect a certain portion of my life as written for me by my at times unsteady mind and hand, and published online using a variety of companies. Stay tuned for more news on these in good time...
I am the husband of Margaret (Murekio) Robinson, and the stepfather of Michelle. I live in the UK. I suffer from mental illness, and yesterday my hands were shaking real bad which scares me a bit. This side effect of the medication however, comes and goes. As do indeed my dreams.
I was studying for a Sociology BA degree at Derby University for a couple of months near the end of 2009, but that failed because of me being put in hospital. Where I was for two years up until being discharged in January 2012. This however didn't stop me from re-enrolling and restarting my degree, at first from hospital, and then out, in September 2011. I have restarted my degree with good success. This has been going quite well, with me receiving a variety of grades for my work, anywhere from an a to a d. Stay tuned to see how this progresses...
In July 2012 I came back from a two week July holiday in Kenya with my darling wife and step-daughter. This has really been the best holiday of my life, and I am grateful to God for having had this opportunity.
Thankyou for your time.
Also from mid 2013 we won the visas for Margaret and Michelle to live with me here in the UK. This has been a hard fought fight, with a favourable conclusion, of which i am very grateful for to a number of people. My degree is going well and Maggie is also studying well for her GCSE English at a local college. Also Michelle has started school and is doing well there to all extents! The little one says hi!
'michelle here i have been doing homework. '
PS I now have to jump through the hurdle of applying for indefinite leave or spouse visa extension in 2015. This is going to be quite a stressful and worrying time for me.
I have refused to take my medication recently and risk a relapse of schizophrenia. If that does happen then I risk jeopodising my studies and family life. I need to be 100% focused when applying for permanent residence for my wife and step daughter. Getting the spouse visa meant I took things for granted and solicitors want money upfront instead of genuinely helping out and telling me upfront what paper work I would be asked to produced to the home office for the last 2 years.
