Name Address Date constructed Notes
A. Tanner Building 104-106 1st Street S.E. 1887 Two-story yellow brick building in the Queen Anne style. Named after Alfred Tanner, an early settler who invested in the building after previously working in both the mercantile and farming industries. Currently occupied by Shoppes of Little Falls.[1]
Black and White Cafe 114 1st Street S.E. 1931 One-story white glazed brick Moderne-style building. Still occupied by the same business, under the name A.T. The Black and White.[2]
Bourassa Block 66 E. Broadway 1888 Two-story cream-colored Italianate brick building. Began as a saloon by Joel G. Bourassa and has also been a bar and liquor store. Currently occupied by Whiskey River Saloon.
Buckman Hotel 209 First Avenue S.E. 1901 Three-story buff-colored brick building. Property bought by Clarence Buckman, a state legislator, who wanted a better place to stay in Little Falls. Original building built in 1892, destroyed by fire and rebuilt by Little Falls architects Tourtillotte and Triplett and contractor A.D. Harrison, following the 1892 design. Currently a senior-living apartment complex.[3][4]
Butler Block 101 E. Broadway 1891 Two story Queen Anne style building at the corner of Broadway and First Street SE. Currently occupied by a US Bank branch.
