I am Juan Luciano! I am the Chair of the Tele-Radial Communication Department at tbe University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. I have a Ph.D. in Communication from Wayne State University at Detroit, Michigan and an M.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. I teach public relations, advertising and television advertising production.
