The Chronicles is a 2020 web series of short films directed by Toka McBaror, released to spread public awareness on the Coronavirus disease. The film new faces like Joe Jnr Otse, Bonny Davies, Gadaffi Mu’Azu, Papasam Obadan, Deborah Yusuf.[1][2]

Plot

In the earliest edition, a compassionate and dutiful laboratory scientist fights his way to survival after being caught within the disease.[3]

In the second and third episodes, a notorious criminal suddenly finds himself at a junction between life and death.[4]

In the fouth episode, Amina, a young teenage girl fights hard to avoid being taken into a forced marriage with a rich man, wherein her greedy mother acts as the masterminder of the arrangement. A complication soon arises as a strange ailment seems to have followed Amina from the city down to the village.[3][1]
