Currently I work at Wolverhampton Art Gallery as an Art Interpreter. My particular interests are eastern art and Dr Wall period Worcester porcelain. Before working at the gallery I taught art for thirty years, twelve as head of department. I have completed a number of research projects whilst working for Wolverhampton Art Gallery: catalogued and described 114 tsuba from the Japanese collection; written a booklet describing and interpreting a selection of Japanese Weapons; an information booklet about a selection of Dr Wall period Worcester porcelain pieces and written a booklet describing and interpreting a painting in the collection called "The Highland Laddies' Return" by Philip Richard Morris 1836-1902. /sandbox
