The Outside refers to a pitch black region outside the Universe. It is mostly comprised of sub-atomic particles like protons or electrons.[1]

Overview[edit]

The locations is thought to be located outside our universe, beyond even the Observable Universe. The region has little to no atomic particles and can be presumed to having no celestial bodies (although the concept of a rogue galaxy still remains to be studied).[2]

Exploration[edit]

The Outside was only explored once, by the Cosmic Probe launched by NASA. The probe managed to acquire useful data for studying this region, however, it shortly failed after reaching the region, the causes are still unknown. (although some suspect that it might have been due to the speed of light not reaching the region yet).[2]
