Worked with computers for data acquisition and instrument control in the lab, so when health problems appeared switched to computer support.

Resident of Wisconsin USA from January 1984 until September 2005, most of the time in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Worked for Neil Trilling at the beginning of Milwaukee Omnifest at UW-Milwaukee as well as the Geosciences Department, Information & Media Technologies, and the WATER Institute and the Office of Multicultural Affairs for UW System.

I was diagnosed with mitochondrial myopathy, one of the forms of mitochondrial disease, in 1997 but continued working full time until a setback in December 1999, my personal Y2K bug. I cut back to part time work and eventually went on disability and moved back to Pennsylvania where I grew up.

I run my own web site http://kgraff.net/ on a Linux server as well as designing and maintaining web sites for several clients and friends.
