Abbasi (Khans of Barodi) are the descendants of Al-Abbas ibn Abd-al-Muttalib, the paternal uncle of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.). The Khan Barodi clan was established by the Imam Khan Abbasi. Barodi is a small village in Jind Distt. Of Haryana in India. Imam Khan Abbasi and family live here but in 1947 after partition they migrated to Pakistan but because of Barodi village famous as Barodiwal or Khan of Barodi.
