ECSU Information Technology Directorate Services:

• Maintenance work for all the computers, printers, copiers and some other related electronic tools in the university;
• Protecting computers in the university from various computer security threats;
• Developing and customizing important application software for the university;
• Providing ICT related training and consultancy (in collaboration with CAPD);
• Facilitate teaching and learning technologies;
• Provide campus wide communication services such as outlook and or Intranet;
• Providing Internet (both wired and wireless) service to the university community;
• Publishing and maintaining the university website;
• Providing ICT support in cases of seminars, workshops, and other events;
• Providing computer laboratory services at students dormitory, libraries, different institutes and centers and central computer labs;
• Provide help desk service for all types of ICT support;
• Providing assistance in the purchase of computers and other related electronic tools;
