Kilala Jorge William is a born Ugandan .He was born in a small town known as Ggaba in Kampala capital city.He is the last born in his family of seven children. His father's names are Jackson Mukasa and her mother Nalubega Teopista.kilala attended his primary school at Victor Primary school where he sat for PLE and later joined Bulo Parents School where he also achieved a UCE certificate and then there after joining Kyambogo University where in graduated with a Bachelors in Arts And Social Sciences.
