Blair Carter McMillen is a concert pianist, professor, and music festival director, from the United States.
McMillen was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. [1]. His first appearances as soloist were with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra at age 12.
