John List, Real Estate Broker - Worth Avenue International Realty, Palm Beach County, Florida

A native of Detroit, Michigan, John List graduated from Valparaiso (IN) University with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in marketing. He pursued graduate studies in business administration at Florida Atlantic University. He has been a resident of Southeast Florida since 1979, where he headed his own advertising agency for several years before earning his real estate sales license. He was an integral member of the Greater Boca Raton area real estate brokerage the introduced the concept of specializing exclusively in luuxry properties -- those priced at $750,000 and more. He has been affiliated with national realty concerns and was the owner of Platinum Estate Properties, a well-balanced team that offered expertise in all phases of luxury residential real estate. He is the former Senior Vice President, Luxury Residential Marketing of Lang Realty. List now heads Worth Avenue International Realty (http://www.worthavenuerealty.com), which officially launched in May of 2013. Worth Avenue International Realty is introducing the concept of recurring revenue to the real estate market, offering experienced agents an opportunity for rewards not only through sales commissions but also through ongoing income. List has long been active organinzations, including long-time membership in Nova Southeastern University and on its board of directors; membership and leadership ;positions at St. Paul Lutheran Church / Boca Raton; and communications director for the Florida-Georgia District of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. He and his wife, Eileen, also a graduate of Valparaiso University, live in Boca Raton.
