The Ultra Caballo Blanco (formerly known as Copper Canyon Ultra Marathon) is an ultramarathon event held annually in the village of Urique in the Copper Canyons area of Northern Mexico. The purpose of the event is to promote and preserve the athletic culture of the Tarahumara (Rarámuri) people native to the region, to collect donations in order to supply the natives with food, as well as to provide a unique opportunity for western athletes to run with the Rarámuri.

The event gained international attention after the 2006 race was depicted in Christopher McDougall's best-selling book Born to Run.
