[edit]Inspired by the experience of caring for her daughter, Sophia, who had a rare genetic condition, Karen is a social media, marketing and product strategist, design thinker, and speaker. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life, especially for children, by mobilizing innovations in education, the arts, technology and health. Her avocations include modern art, whole foods, films, cultural exchanges and chocolate.
