Kurtis is an editor of Wikipedia and, as a means to that end, a human being. Therefore, there are certain things that Kurtis is not.

Kurtis is not a God

Kurtis is not a God. By this he means, he is not an omniscient being, nor is he wiser than all, nor is he greater than all. He reserves the right to make mistakes. If Kurtis has made a mistake, he asks that you please forgive him—or at the very least, that you could kindly refrain from assailing him. 🙏🏻

Kurtis is not a saint

Kurtis doesn't necessarily consider himself to be a very grouchy or angry person, and he doesn't consider himself hard to work with. That said, he is not a saint, and is certainly not above occasional lapses. If he does say something that offends you, you can rest assured it was not his intention to do so. 99% of the time, Kurtis is simply trying to say it as he sees it, and sometimes this involves calling a spade a spade (and the other 1% of the time, Kurtis was probably not in good conscience). If he has said or done anything that he knows was wrong and that has offended you, it is more than likely you will receive a sincere apology in the very near future.

Kurtis is not a psychologist

Usually, when Kurtis is talking one-on-one with somebody, he tries to be a good listener and respects the other person's viewpoint. However, while he wishes to help you anyway he can, Kurtis is not an expert in psychology — he doesn't always know the right thing to say at any given moment. Much as he'd like to, he cannot help you with all of your problems. You may want to seek real world advice if you have serious issues.

Kurtis is not Superman

Kurtis was not born on Krypton, and as such, does not possess incredible powers to save the world. He also cannot fix every problem on the site, and he is neither a master or an expert in everything (to reference his prior username). But he will do his best where he is needed.

While we're on the subject, Kurtis would like to point out that he is not Spiderman, Batman, Wonderwoman, Flash, The Incredible Hulk, or any other comic book hero not otherwise specified.
