]] Takrung Yangje = It is a very beautiful village situated in the south east Asia in India. It is part of North east India, situated in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Bearing pin no; 790102 under east kameng district, Seppa. 'Takrung' in tribal means= lake. 'Yangje' is a named after the woman called Tumune Yage. Story behind how this village come to exist is very interesting and trilling. It says that, there was a woman name Tumune Yage. Her life was full of tragedy and odds. Tumune Yage is said to have some evil power. Some called her to be witch. It is said that a deep blue lake was once there in village called Lachung Yange (present village name). But it disappeared with Tumune Yage.
One day Tumne Yage leave her own native village (now called Lachung Yangje) and came to a very beautiful and peaceful deep jungle place far from her village. She decided to live her whole life there. Thus, the deep blue lake followed her and came to exist in that place ( now calle "Takrung Yange"). So, till mid 17th centuries (assumed date according to the 7th generation of the family who first came to live in this very own village) tribal people use to stay away from this place. They believed that one won't able to continue his/her generation after coming to contact with any of Tumune Yage's property or her belongings. Meanwhile, this place were blooming with various types of wild animals, birds and plants untouched. In those days in these parts of India, tribal peoples depends their food mainly by hunting and on fruits. This place was one that have everything they needed. Somehow, people's need drive them to come and explored this place ( Takrung Yanje). Tribal people fought many wars to conquered this beautiful place. At the end, a tribal group lead by a tribal name Ato Karta conquered this place. Lali Lingfa (talk) 09:15, 14 July 2015 (UTC)
