Powell is a member of the Tennessee State General Assembly. He represents the district 53, covering Davidson County. [1]
Early Life[edit]
Jason Powell was born on January 25, 1978 in Nashville, Tennessee. He went to Montgomery Bell High school and then after graduation attended the University of Colorado where he received a degree in history and political science. After his bachelors degree he decided to farther his education at Tennessee State University where he received his Masters in Public Administration. After schooling, he began a career in Real estate. Family Life[edit]
Jason then married the CEO of the Tennessee Kidney Foundation, Heather Powell. They then had two children named Sophie Marcella Powell and Hawkes Lee Powell, where they currently still live in district 53. [3]
