Laura Cruz is an Associate Professor of History and currently serves as the Director of the Coulter Faculty Commons at Western Carolina University. She received her PhD from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001. She is long-time supporter of Wikipedia and her research focuses on social and economic networking in the seventeenth-century Netherlands.
On a more personal note, I have an 11 year old daughter named Clare and my hobbies are reading, video games, and cooking (especially cooking shows).
