Liaqat shah born on 3rd march 1986 in landi kotal,khyber agency ,Tribal area of pakistan. belonging from SYED family living in the mountain of Landi kotal,Ten kilometer from Afghanistan border. Liaqat shah got his primary education in the govt.primary school Landi Kotal.He studied in the Govt Primary school,Grammar house model school,Ali public high school and Govt. Degree college Landi Kotal. In the year 2002 and 2004,he passed inter and secondary exam from Peshawar board.

In the year 2008, he graduated in the field of Mining Engineer from Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa University of engineering and technology Peshawar,Pakistan.
