With specific reference to the pages (Mizoram and Mizo), why is it that original names are always changed and why is it that information is always edited with stereotyped ideas. The outcome of this would be...in course of time the now Lusheis will lose their culture and identity in their quest to assimilate and absorb other tribes culture and identity within the name of Mizo. In this regard I will try to clear up things up to what my knowledge allows.

In writing documents about the tribes of North East India, the Mizos particularly, one should keep in mind that the manuscripts, books and publications authored and written mostly by the colonial rulers are laced with utter confusion on who is and who is not. To them they were the same but different, which is evident in a careful study of their writings. simply put, they were confused.
