Bobby creek was born and raised in various parts of Atlanta and it's surrounding area. He attended Clark Atlanta University for one year before leaving to pursue his music career. He and his child hood friend (Antonio Sawyer) formed the hip hop duo Jatis, and later inked a deal with Steve Rifkind's Loud records.

After a short stint at Loud due to reasons unknown, Bobby decided to go solo and take the independent route. As an unsigned artist in 2004 Creekwater managed to get a collection of songs to A&R Riggs Morales, which was then presented to Eminem by label president/manager Paul Rosenberg. Impressed with what he heard Eminem would sign Bobby Creekwater in the summer of 2005, and for the next four years Bobby would release one album (Eminem Presents the Re-up) and four mixtapes (Anthem to the streets, Anthem to the streets 2, BC Era, Back 2 briefcase) as a member of the Shady Records roster. In late 2009 Bobby Creekwater would part ways with Shady for reasons unknown, and once again take the independent route.

At present Bobby is scheduled to release his newest project "I Am From A Place" via his imprint/label UDCC Inc. 2014 promises to be the beginning of a new era for Bobby Creekwater......stay tuned.
