Tung Lam (1976 - now)[1]
Mr. Tung Lam was born in mainland China in 1976. He was graduated from the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong in 2001. He is the recipient of Commander of the Most Excellent Order on the British Empire (CBE) in 2018 due to his contribution in the area of advance directive and euthanasia in Asia especially Hong Kong since 2009. He was awarded based on recommendation from President Barack Obama.
Mr. Lam established Awakening Research Foundation Hong Kong Limited in 2012 and it was renamed Eternity Living Life Company Limited in 2017. Awakening Research Foundation Hong Kong Limited was the only representative in Asia at the World Federation of Right to Die Societies (WFRtDS) since 2013. Eternity Living Life Company Limited was the member of WFRtDS since September 2017[2]. Mr. Lam was awarded as the major influencer by the social media websites personifind.com and kred.com.
Mr. Lam received continuous support from former US President Barack Obama and he is endorsed as a Medical Law Consultant of Eternity Living Life Company Limited. He is an endorsed mentor in advance directive and euthanasia by Obama Foundation[3]. He also received Honorary Organizing for Action Fellowship and Inaugural Obama Foundation Fellowship.
He is now working in the field of health care politics.
