General info[edit]

Lead[edit]

Lead evaluation: Lruschak edit in the lead offers a very precise impression of who Jacopo Bellini is and what he is known for. The lead is concise and informative.[edit]

Content

Content evaluation: The newly added texts are a good supplement to the existing ones. Editor's decision to include Jacopo Bellini's inspiration and his sketchbooks is appropriate. It connects with the lead, which mentions the importance of Bellini's sketchbooks. Separating "Books of Drawings" into its own section is a good idea as his books provide great insight on Bellini's artistic mastery and his achievement, but they do not belong in the "Biography" section. In this regard, the whole "Biography" section could be further divided into different parts as well. The current format seems like a mixture of every aspect of Jacopo Bellini.[edit]

Tone and Balance[edit]

Tone and balance evaluation: neutral and factual with no personal opinions.[edit]

Sources and References[edit]

Sources and references evaluation: External links are provided and useable. User's bibliography page also shows extensive research into the topic.[edit]

Organization[edit]

Organization evaluation: There are only two sections in the article: lead and "Bibliography". It can certainly be separated into more sections if more content were to be added.[edit]

Images and Media[edit]

Images and media evaluation: More images and media will be added according to the editor. The current ones are a good supplement to the text.[edit]

Overall impressions[edit]

Overall evaluation: I look forward to the future version of this article, as the editor will add "more about sketchbooks in following paragraphs, include antiquarianism of his work, mythological/classical/gothic themes". These materials will certainly expand the scope of the existing article.[edit]
